Thou shalt have no other gods before me; Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, nor any likeness of anything that is in the heavens above, nor the earth beneath, nor the sea, nor under the sea. Thou shalt not bow down thyselves to them, nor serve them. For I the lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, and shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.

Menthol Crystals ( Pure & Organic )
Yes, the same stuff used in cigarettes. Menthol is an organic compound extracted synthetically or obtained from oils within plants of the Mint family. This is a waxy, crystalline, clear or white in color crystal that looks like quartz. It has qualities of an anesthetic nature, which is why it is widely used to relieve minor throat irritation. Its also understood that the compound acts as a weak kappa opioid receptor agonist. These crystals are cooling, refreshing, and have a very unique, minty aroma. Only a very small amount of this naturally occurring chemical is used in the production of over the counter products. This menthol is the same stuff used in toothepaste, vicks vapo rub, listerine, etc. FYI: This page is not a shop.
It's pretty cool how this menthol phytochemical tells the brain that the area it's become in contact with is cold, pain free, numb, an in a state of ecstacy. This is how the numbing effect works. It actually effects receptors which send and receive temperature information to the brain. This is why it has a "cooling effect". Despite the fact that most people take for granted or simply have no idea this chemical comes from nature, it is still one of the most widely used substances on the face of the earth today! It certainly doesn't get the recognition that it deserves.
Menthol crystals can be used topically. This can be done by heating up some water and then adding the crystals, and a cheese cloth or something similar like a washcloth. The key is to make the amount of water about the same amount the wash cloth can can hold, or maybe a little over. You want the wash cloth to hold as much of the water as it possibly can. Talk to your doctor first.. This is something I've done, and I find it quite satisfying and useful [ I say it works ]. They truly are a very fascinating gift from the Most High. Remember to give thanks and praise to the Ancient Of Days!
After this process is complete you have some water and a washcloth or cheese cloth that can be applied topically. Other herbs like mullein, and echinacea can be added. This especially adds to the medicinal qualities as understood with an herbalistic and scientific point of view. Typically these mixtures are most commonly used on the forehead and chest (soaked in a wash cloth or something similar, salve) duringflus, colds, etc. Perhaps this type of realization, or this type of holistic practice is where the notion of "baptisms" came from? Medicine certainly seems holy to me. In fact, Hyssop is mentioned quite often in the bible in connection with baptisms
