The short answer to the question "are there other varieties of Kratom other than Mitragyna speciosa? is Yes. We'll get into that here in this article, more in the next paragraph. First, I wanted to let you guys know that this particular blog is a "re-make type", or a new take on an older article that I wrote back in 2016[Desktop friendly], when people still thought that Kratom would be banned... It was called, "Kratom Ban And Alternative Strains May Be Comnig Soon. I want you all to understand the importance of keeping up the legal fight by participating in the American Kratom Association's efforts to protect its legality. Please sign their petitions and donate money.! It's CRITICAL! As of late 2019 going into 2020, the fight against the corrupt wages on. The FDA and drug companies do NOT back down and we will have to keep fighting for this forever most likely. It's been going on almost 20+ years! They won't back down so neither can we.

Mitragyna: javanica; hirsuta

There are a few other strains of Mitragyna that are not speciosa, that I alone know of. These alternative strains contain different active phytochemicals, which are very similar to mitragynine in chemistry and in their psychoactive effects as well as pharmacological nature in general. Basically they are close plant relatives to regular "Kratom". Their effects are virtually identical, yet not quite exactly the same. The two main strains are called: Mitragyna javanica and Mitragyna hirsuta, and then there's also M. parvifolia. They contain mitraphylline and mitrajavine, instead of mitragynine. If you'd like to learn more about each of these pharmacological constituents, you can click the highlighted phytochemical name to be taken to a wikipedia artcile on them, which is backed with academic citations.

Everyone, back in January of 2019, corruption and government sabotage resulted in bouncing bear botanicals going out of business. I originally found out about these two alternative Kratom varieties because of the feared ban in 2016. People were going to need something natural to replace their speciosa herb. Let's prevent them from taking it away from us in the first place, legally. We're going to have to start taking corrupt anti-american traitors to court, and "bust some legal caps" so to speak... in order to clean this planet up and make it into the world we'd like it to be, rather than a fascist dictatorship run by the corrupt. The bottom line is DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I'm using this website as an example to spread truth and circulate petitions, and knowledge! You can too!

We're all so glad the Kratom ban attempts have failed and it remains legal. This is very fortunate indeed for the American people who would have otherwise been forced to suffer, return to using dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, or other harmful substances. Narcotic pain pills are laced with acetaminophen which is toxic to the liver. Kratom enables people to avoid these dangers, and gives us all a choice, another option. The government has decided time and time again to take away our freedom. It's time we unite to stop this tyranny legally, and peacefully. The FDA still complains to this day. Let them complain, but do NOT let them force us to put THEIR drugs in OUR bodies.
