The Raspberry plant is useful for more than its delicious and healthy berries. It has been a popular folk medicine for centuries. The leaf alone has been used by herbalists for everything from canker sores, to cold sores, gingivitis, anemia, leg cramps, diarrhea(gross dude), morning sickness in pregnant women, and as a uterine relaxant. These are not medical claims, please understand that, they come from peer reviewed journals and their scientific findings. While many people honestly believe that herbal medicine is "myth", absolutely nothing could be further from the truth. About the leaves of fruit plants (vines, etc), Ezekiel 47:12 King James Version: "12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, von this side and on that side, †shall grow all wtrees for meat, xwhose leaf shall not yfade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: zit shall bring forth ||anew fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof shall be for medicine."

Jeremiah 46:11 KJV "Go up into Gilead, and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt: in vain shalt thou use many medicines; for thou shalt not be cured."

Raspberry leaf is rich in vitamins, minerals and tannins. What are "tannins"? Tannins, much like vitamins and minerals, are not visible to the naked eye. Tannins are microscopic constituents produced by the plants. They are, "an astringent, bitter plant polyphenolic compound that binds to and precipitates proteins and various other organic compounds including amino acids and alkaloids." There are many other scholarly references that will back up what I'm saying here. Check it out for yourselves folks. Google Scholar is one, and there are many others. They're called electronic databases, and University students use them to find academic facts on subjects. There is an insane amount of scientific facts regarding these remedies and how they work, so don't buy into the narrative of the enemy, because it is a lie and meant to herd you towards serpent medical. God says in Psalm 91:1 and 91:3 "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High God, will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. For it is HE who delivers you from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence.

It also contains an alkaloid known as fragine, which is another micro-scopic interest to phytochemist and other researchers. The alkaloid fragine, seems to have an ability to tone the muscles of the uterus and pelvic area, making it effective when giving birth. The leaf of red raspberry is also reported to decrease nausea, relieve constipation, improve blood circulation, increase milk production and prevent miscarriages as well as ease labor pain. Highly trained university students have made it possible for us to know this. How ya like me now?

Not just the berries, but the leaf alone is loaded with vitamins such as vitamins A,B,C,D, as well as phosphorous, potassium, calcium, and iron. A tea made from it has shown to possess potent anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and astringent properties. I came up with my own herbal vitamin formuals based on academic journals and the important information that they provide. Raspberry leaf is something that I use in every single one of them, and just about any other herbal formula that I come up with as well. It's very similar to Yucca root in the sense that it too is loaded with common vitamins! My Native American friends use just about every leaf associated with any type of berry in their herbalism practices.

A Final & Personal Note

It's a personal goal of mine to encourage all of humanity to become more appreciative, educated, and respectful of mother nature. I want everyone to know that these wild plants, or "weeds", have lives and minds of their own. After conducting much research, and from scholarly sources, it becomes apparent that their source of creation is in fact the most intelligent and highly sophisticated chemist that exists. After all, what other chemist do you know that can convert the suns energy and the bio-spheres c02 into highly sophisticated organic compounds?

On top of all of this, a large number of these compounds are identical, or nearly identical to ones that exist in the human brain. Not only that, but these naturally occurring chemicals fit ever-so precisely into receptors located in the human body. This is no coincidence and everything in reality shares a vital relationship. These realizations are innate when we examine the various branches of science. I think that biologically evolved chemistry is the best option for medicating other life forms which operate via biologically evolved systems. It just makes sense to me. After all, pills don't grow on trees.

Example #1: Opioid Receptors

Opioid receptors exist in our brains. Nature produces opioids, not man. There may be a large number of pharmaceutical opiates, yet they did not originate from human beings.

Example #2: Cannabinoid Receptors

Cannabinoid receptors exist in the human body. Nature produces a wild ethnobotanical species commonly known as Marijuana. Our brains are literally designed to pick up on, and utilize these cannabinoids. This, is no coincidence. Legalize It. I said it. What?
